We add your event and distances to the platform. Participants can immediately start listing entries or joining the watchlist for sold-out distances. You get a private dashboard to monitor all activity.
The seller submits their entry details - registration number, distance, and asking price (capped at face value). The listing goes into pending review and is not visible to buyers until verified by Entri.
Entri checks the entry against your participant records. Once verified, the listing goes live on the marketplace. Watchlist members are notified automatically.
The buyer pays securely through Entri. Because the entry has already been verified, the transfer is confirmed automatically on purchase. The buyer receives confirmation immediately, the seller is paid, and you're notified of the participant update. No manual sign-off required from you.
